Real Housewives of New York: The Diet

If you've been following my tweets then you know I've been on the diet of Kelly Killoren Bensimon, a castmember on Bravo's Real Housewives of New York. The diet is a part of the "Best Diets of 2010" cover story in last week's Us Weekly Magazine; with Beyonce and newly en fianced Carrie Underwood on the cover. Kelly's diet stood out for me because besides having a great body, which is probably the result of not only this 1,740 calorie diet, but exercise such as yoga and running (who can forget the awesome episode where she jogged in the middle of a busy New York Street, complete with yellow taxis whizzing by!) Kelly seems like a fun, confident, sexy woman and her diet made sense to me. I can get on board for a diet that includes a latte in the AM and a shot of Patron in the PM!
