Shop-Til-You-Drop: FitFlops
I shouldn't be buying anything. I should be purging my closet and getting rid of things. I've lived in LA since May 2009 and I still have several unpacked boxes. That being said...gimme, gimme, gimme! These are wool clogs by FitFlop. I've been wearing their flip flops to walk my dog for almost a year now and I LOOOOVE them! They are great for my posture and I can walk forever in them without the thong part of the sandal hurting my toes. These clogs are perfect for "winter" in Southern California!

Real Housewives of New York: The Diet
If you've been following my tweets then you know I've been on the diet of Kelly Killoren Bensimon, a castmember on Bravo's Real Housewives of New York. The diet is a part of the "Best Diets of 2010" cover story in last week's Us Weekly Magazine; with Beyonce and newly en fianced Carrie Underwood on the cover. Kelly's diet stood out for me because besides having a great body, which is probably the result of not only this 1,740 calorie diet, but exercise such as yoga and running (who can forget the awesome episode where she jogged in the middle of a busy New York Street, complete with yellow taxis whizzing by!) Kelly seems like a fun, confident, sexy woman and her diet made sense to me. I can get on board for a diet that includes a latte in the AM and a shot of Patron in the PM! Pick up a copy of the magazine today and follow along!

Gratuitous doggie photos:
"The Brad" got seriously dirty during our vacation. It was his second east coast winter and his first blizzard; needless to say he dragged his Westie skirt through dirt, snow, and who knows what else so I had the folks at K9Loft chop it all off. Don't worry I let him play in their awesome dog daycare to make it up to him. I wish I could have taken a photo of him seeing the reflection of his new haircut in the mirror...his expression was priceless!
