*As you can see I really like this shirt from the Old Navy boy's section, plus I only included 4 tops in my 30 pieces for the 30 for 30 challenge. Lesson learned!

PS- This photo was taken by a friend outside of the National Gallery of Art. We have been heading there Fridays after work for Jazz in the Garden held in the Sculpture Garden. You bring a blanket and picnic foods and enjoy different types of Jazz while laying in the sun next to some of the country's most famous sculptures. It is one of the moments that makes me so glad I moved back home to DC!

Thank you to my impromptu photographer- the lovely owner of a lab-mix named Cricket. She, like myself, was walking her dog before work and spotted this fenced in park where Bradley and Cricket chased each other for a few minutes before we both rushed off to start our commutes. She offered to take my photo after watching my self-timer tango then asked "is it your first day of work?" as a possible reason why i would be taking a photograph of my ensemble... "no I take a picture of my outfit everyday...I have a blog" I replied. Clearly that makes this normal right?

Based on the fact that I keep getting invited to DC furniture store openings...I've decided that the universe wants me to start NESTING!

I was excited join other bloggers for a press preview of the new West Elm Pop-Up in Georgetown. The store felt like a hip boutique; it was a scaled down and well edited version of the William-Sonoma affiliate.
