Jeep Liberty (2012)

Over the weekend I took a roadtrip in the 2012 Jeep Liberty.

Originally we selected the Jeep Liberty because it matched my mom's manicure- a sparkly deep navy (reason enough right?) but once we got inside we fell in love with the comfortable seats, spacious trunk and smooth ride. The XM Sirus radio didn't hurt, we were rocking out to hits from the 80's and 90's and the icy cold AC was a blessing on our 4 hour ride.  We kept seeing people staring and pointing at us and it took us a second to figure out they were admiring the car! We had some fun trying to figure out the cruise control (the car started bucking like a bronco) and we even climbed in the back to enjoy some tailgating.

When I was in high school my DREAM CAR was a Jeep Wrangler, but the 2012 Jeep Liberty is certainly my grown up car of choice. It's far more affordable (priced at around $24,000) than its similarly designed luxury counterparts and far less ubiquitous. Check back all this week for more details on my road trip.

This is NOT a sponsored post, I just happened to spend the last 72 hours road tripping in the amazing new Jeep Liberty rented from HERTZ.
